Juice Recipes
Each recipe will yield 30-38 ounces. The amount will vary based on produce and machine used. One recipe equals the minimum of one serving of juice. It is recommended you drink 60 to 90 ounces of juice in a 24-hour period. This means juicing once or twice a day depending on your intake. For more variety throughout the day, recipes can be reduced, dividing by 4 will yield one 8-12 ounce serving (but be prepared to juice several times).
Some juices may have a very strong flavor. These juices can be diluted with water using the ratio of 3 parts juice to one part water.
