My approach isn’t to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. There will never be a calculator at your table nor will you have to count “points” with your meals. Food is what nourishes us and makes us who we are and does not have to be stressful or depressing. I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, rewarding, and free of denial and discipline.

As we work together, you will develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health.
We look into how all the areas of your life are connected and see how these parts affect your health as a whole.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I also got to learn from some of our nations most well known and inspirational health leaders. Experts who are at the forefront of health, wellness, and nutrition.
Beyond the Institute for Integrative Nutrition I have dedicated countless hours of independent studies in the field of health and nutrition.
